Want to stay in tonight? The staff at Friendship Wine and Liquor will bring the party home to you. Our wine staff is available to host a private wine themed event.

Simply pick a country or wine-related theme, and one of our knowledgeable wine department staff members will assist you in pairing just the right food and wine selections for your special event. You may provide your own caterer or food.  Friendship Wine and Liquor will host a 4 hour private wine event: and travel to your home to deliver, help set up and provide an interactive and informative wine party and seminar.

A few points to consider when having a Private Tasting:

• We recommend in home private wine tastings to staff a Friendship Wine and Liquor wine associate, between 20 and 40 guests.
• We recommend your provide the best location in your home with ample space and comfort for your guests.
• We recommend food served during the wine tasting.

Friendship Wine and Liquor will provide wine tasting notes and promotional giveaways complimentary in a fun and professional atmosphere. We will travel within the limits of Harford County and southern Cecil County, Md. Friendship Wine and Liquor will also provide discounts for future store purchases of all wines sampled/consumed at your in home wine party.

The amount wine brought to Private Tastings are as follows:

• 12 bottles of wine will serve between 15 and 20 guests.
• 18 bottles of wine will serve between 21 and 30 guests.
• 24 bottles of wine will serve between 31 and 40 guests.

Basic package pricing for Private Tastings are as follows:

• Fees for the private wine tasting do not include the purchase of all wines ordered for the event. The price of the wines ordered will be the regular bottle and case purchase price we normally offer.
• 1 staff member from Friendship Wine and Liquor to provide set up, wine menus, wine and food pairing consultation, special one day order forms, a live 2 hour interactive wine seminar, broken up into 3 parts. Clean up and restoration of the area used for wine service prior to arrival.  Flat rate of $150. 
• 2 staff members requested from Friendship Wine and Liquor to provide bar set up, assistance with wine and food butlering, wine and food paring consultation, special one day order forms, and a live 2 hour interactive wine seminar, broken up into 3 parts.  Clean up and restoration of the area used for wine and bar service prior to arrival. Flat rate of $250. 

Please note: Our wine personnel are professional, well trained and very knowledgeable. We reserve the right to not serve visibly intoxicated guests and we retain the right to ask for photo I.D. to serve alcohol to all persons in your home.
